Do you take a percentage of our gifts?
No. You connect your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe’s rate and nothing else. Centerly never sits between you and a donation, on any plan.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it, in full, whenever you want — including on the free plan. Unlimited CSV export is a promise, not an upsell.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Self-hosted giving is free forever. There is no card, no clock, and no feature that quietly stops working.
Do we need to know WordPress?
To self-host, someone needs to be able to install a plugin. After that, your staff work in the Centerly Console and never see wp-admin. If nobody wants to touch any of it, that is what Hosted is for.
Is Centerly only for Centers for Spiritual Living?
No. It is deliberately faith-neutral — Unity, Unitarian Universalist, Buddhist sanghas, and interfaith communities all use the same vocabulary settings. Nothing says “tithe” unless you want it to.
